This waiver is valid for the entire year (September 1, 2026–August 31, 2027) and covers participation in activities and use of equipment provided during Middle School and High School nights and special events, including but not limited to inflatables, rock climbing wall, and other recreational or activity-based equipment.

If you would like your student to participate in these activities, please be sure to complete and sign the waiver.
