Our purpose for Men’s Bible Study is to learn to Stand Firm in the Lord and to guard our hearts through consistent study of His Word and regular accountability with other men of God. Our study this year will take us through 1 & 2 Peter.
A $20 one-time cost covers materials and resources for those signing up in the new year!
Notebooks will be available to purchase at all meeting times.
Men's Bible Study meets weekly at three day/time options beginning on Sunday, October 12 and Tuesday, October 14 as we study through 1 & 2 Peter together.
Three weekly meeting options:
Sunday Mornings at 7:15am
(Banquet Room - S107)
Tuesday Mornings at 6:00am
(Banquet Room - S107)
Tuesday Evenings at 6:30pm
(Summit Room)
Note: the Tuesday Evening time coincides with Women's Bible Study, *KidsQuest and Breakout (*registration required/limited space), and Middle School Group classes for kids ages 4-13.
We will use the inductive method of Bible Study which includes Observation, Interpretation, Reflection, and Application. The Bible itself will be our source of information as we learn what the text says, what it means, and how to live what we learn. God communicates to us, and our part in hearing Him is a willingness to set aside time to look at what the Scripture is saying, thereby drawing us into a closer relationship with Him.
